Auditor arrested for ‘not’ calling an Inspector a muppet

I am not a fan of auditors as many intentionally act aggressively and offensively to capture incidents, but I was asked to watch this one and it is shocking how a police Inspector tries to fabricate legislation for an auditor who was acting fairly and within the law.

Firstly, the Inspector falsley claims there is legislation to prevent photographing a public building, in this case, a police station.

He then accuses the auditor of ‘blocking’ the footpath when there are two police vehicles parked illegally on the footpath causing pedestrians to have to walk on the road to pass them.

He also accused the auditor of a hate crime, saying he was racist for criticising the defaced union jack flag that the police choose to wear.

The auditor quite rightly calls him a muppet (slang for stupid person) and the inspector warns him that if he calls him a muppet again, he will arrest him for public order, which says

A person is guilty of an offence if he uses threatening or abusive words or behaviour, or disorderly behaviour, or displays any writing, sign or other visible representation which is threatening or abusive, within the hearing or sight of a person likely to be caused harassment, alarm or distress thereby.

The auditor heeds the threat warning so the Inspector repeats his warning and then arrests the auditor anyway.
