Bedfordshire Police and Crime Commissioner, Festus Akinbusoye has been accused of failing to challenge or investigate the Chief Constable of Bedfordshire police who has knowingly wasted taxpayers money. Festus has been in office less than a year.
The Chief Constable, Garry Forsyth, had tried to defend his illegal action to ‘not‘ investigate a criminal act where an innocent man was labelled a paedophile on a website for 12 months. The Chief Constable refused to investigate on illegal grounds and has been challenged in the High Court, a trial is pending. The Chief Constable is using public money for this.
Garry Forsyth is accountable to Festus Akinbusoye, the Crime Commissioner who is aware of the rising legal costs which are totalling in excess of £20,000 and that the Chief Constable has now ‘back-pedalled’, by conceding to the High Court Judicial Review knowing his defence was illegal and irrational and at the taxpayer’s expense.
This backpedal seemed to be after an interim comment by the High Court stating that there is an ‘arguable case of a crime‘ for Judicial Review, to investigate, a crime that has been allowed by the Chief Constable and which was directed by Lancashire police.
The malicious website was created by a known Bedfordshire man named George Vella who is believed to be working with Lancashire police to frame the innocent man, Vella was part of a Lancashire police task force named Operation Malaya against the same victim.
A formal complaint has been made against the PCC and Chief Constable that has been acknowledged by Katie Beaumont 6973, Transparency Manager, Office of the Police and Crime Commissioner
Well come on what does anyone with any intelligence expect from these unregulated Masonic ginks this sort of thing goes on all of the time many innocent people are rotting in jail when you see what they can do, nothing is out of the window with them, blackmail, violence, document faking you name it they do it, the higher up the ladder you go the worse it gets, we are dealing with organised state criminals.
