A former police officer faces a misconduct hearing next week following alleged ‘inappropriate’ behaviour.
Former PC Mark Gibson, who was an officer in Milton Keynes, faces two allegations of misconduct.
It is alleged that former PC Gibson acted inappropriately towards two women during a visit to an address.
He is also alleged to have seized and disposed of an amount of cannabis without making a formal record of the seizure.
The hearing is scheduled to take place on Wednesday, October 13 and Thursday, October 14 at Thames Valley Police HQ in Kidlington, Oxfordshire.
It will take place in front of legally qualified chairperson Ms Jane Jones.
It is alleged that former PC Gibson breached the standards of professional behaviour in relation to authority, respect and courtesy, duties and responsibilities, and discreditable conduct.
If the allegations are proven, the conduct would amount to gross misconduct for which dismissal would have been justified.
Due to Covid-19 restrictions, the hearing will not be open to members of the public although members of the press will be able to attend via video link.
