ICO say a police riddled charity has breached the DPA.

The ICO (Information Commissioners Office) has ruled that the charity, North West Blood Bikes, a charity riddled with police, freemasons and a magistrate has breached the DPA relating to the personal data of a volunteer.  This breach was not accidental but malicious and intentional.  The person who breached the data was Scott Miller, a ‘Trustee’ and a freemason.
