JUDICIAL REVIEW – Financial Help Required – Over £1,800 raised

Dear UKCP followers.
I am seeking help to raise £6,000 (including vat) towards a legal challenge against Bedfordshire police (inc. Lancashire police) by way of Judicial Review.

Please visit our PayPal Fundraising pool

https://www.paypal.com/pools/c/8ESMZMc9KU
The Judicial Review is because Bedfordshire police ‘refused‘ to investigate a serious crime committed against me, my wife, my mother and a friend.
A website was created by a sick and evil old man, the website was public for 12 months, and both Lancashire police and Bedfordshire police refused to investigate, leading us to us getting serious threats of violence.
The website posted pictures of me, my family and friends, labelling us as paedophiles and murders and more! The website was so bad that another person saw it, published the same info and landed himself in prison
This shows that one unrelated police force took the website seriously and that the material was an imprisonable offence.
We need to raise (an initial) £6,000 for the initial Judicial Review application and submission stages, and, if successful (and I believe it will be), would be recoverable from the police in which case every penny will be returned to people who help.

If you can help in any way, please get in touch and I will provide the Solicitors contact details to put funds on account.
Anyone that helps, and wants it, will be given public credit.  Anonymity will be given to those who prefer.

UPDATE

Thank you all so much, every donation counts, we are now at over £1,200.
Every donation will be accounted for and returned if the judicial review is successful.
I will update this page as and when the total rises.

UPDATE 8/9/2021

On the last day of the deadline for Bedfordshire police to Acknowledge our application for JR, they conceded to the need for the JR by agreeing to review their decision to bring charges against the suspect.  They asked us to agree to a ‘stay’ while they review the decision but then refused the costs that they were put on notice of.  Their request for a stay on their terms was therefore rejected and the JR application is still underway.  The police have however still agreed to what they say will be an independent review of the Bedfordshire police decision, by… Bedfordshire police themselves.
