On the 19th October 2022, a private prosecution was granted against Kyoji Mochizuki (aka Taz Ryder, aka Tariq Elmughrabi) (‘the defendant‘) for offences contrary to s1 of the Malicious Communications Act 1988 and s4 of the Harassment Act 1997 for sustained attacks on me, my daughter (and others)
The court has issued a warrant for his arrest
Rose Horan of Sussex police refused to investigate this matter leading to the ongoing horrific abuse by the defendant.
The court was shown images that the defendant is alleged to have posted online, tagging the victim, some of which appear to be of child abuse. Other images were horrific perverted sexual images.
The defendant is alleged to have pursued a course of conduct and went on to target others, including the creation of websites targeting me and my teenage daughter, as well as another member of our Facebook group.
The sickening websites allegedly created by the defendant were ‘shared by, and encouraged by others” who are also now facing prosecution.
