Lancashire constable lies on oath confirmed by covert recording of Superintendent

The police constable wilfully gave a false statement and was unwilling (and unable) to verify any facts on oath.

She also wilfully blamed a historic illness she had on an innocent man even though a Superintendent had confirmed this illness was caused by 10 years of dealing with ‘horrific incidents in the police’ and was not related to the person she blamed.

The officer willfully and on oath told a court several lies which are alleged to be an intention to pervert the course of justice.

The legal proceedings were brought by the former chief constable of Lancashire police who is under investigation for bringing to proceedings with perjured evidence and for refusing to investigate criminal allegations.
