A Lancashire police officer is facing possible criminal charges after threatening an innocent man with false criminal offences.
Threatening behaviour is a criminal offence, this would also constitute a criminal offence of public order, the very offence the corrupt cop threatening the man with.
It is believed the man involved, who is from Accrington, had been out in his car on Friday afternoon in order to buy a quad bike for his step-son, before being pulled over by the police.
In the video, the young man is heard calmly saying:
“You’re harassing me, what for I’ve done nothing wrong.“
The officer can then clearly be heard saying:
“Do you want me to show you the definition of harassment“.
“Give me the keys. Give me the keys and sit in the car and shut up.“
“If you want to fucking step to me then fine I will lock you up.“
The young man can then be heard saying,
“but I’ve done nothing wrong“,
To which the officer says:
“I will make something up“
“Who they going to believe, me or you.“
As this website has previous posted, corruption is rife within Lancashire police. They took a restraining order out against an editor of this website because they could not handle the truth published. This website and the editor are strictly forbidden from naming any Lancashire police officer for any reason, a breach of Article 10 of the Human rights Act. It just goes to show how scared Lancashire police are of the truth.
