Prima Facie‘ evidence has been published on this website, provided in confidence by a victim of crime.

Lancashire Police have ‘threatened‘ this victim, saying that she is harassing the person who allegedly committed the crimes.

It is our understanding that Lancashire Police have not investigated this evidence.  No statements have been taken from victims from the alleged crimes.  The prima facie evidence strongly suggests sexual assault of 4 girls and sexual harassment of a 14 year old girl.

There is suspicion that Lancashire Police may by trying to keep this allegation under wraps as it has a direct relationship to Lancashire Police themselves in that they could have prevented the alleged crimes from taking place.

Bringing this evidence to light is in the public interest, especially that the person alleged to have committed these crimes is associated to child support agencies and very much in the public eye..

This is like, victims of Jimmy Saville publishing what he did to them and others, and poor old Jimmy Saville saying it was harassing him!

Even though CPS guidelines state quite clearly that it is not deemed harassment if the

‘course of conduct was pursued for the purpose of preventing or detecting crime;

that in the particular circumstances the pursuit of the course of conduct was reasonable.
