
Notice for hearing for PC Dean Burrowes
Hearing to be held in private 25-29 January 2021, starting at 9.30am.
PC Dean Burrowes based at Central West Command Unit, will answer allegations that his conduct amounts to a breach of the Standards of Professional Behaviour in respect of:
Discreditable Conduct
On 12th December 2018 PC Burrowes was off duty with colleagues on licensed premises when a disturbance took place.
It is alleged that during this disturbance PC Burrowes raised a glass bottle and brought it down with force towards an unknown person.
The matter set out above is alleged to amount to gross misconduct and is so serious as to justify dismissal.
The hearing will start on Monday 25 January 2021 and is listed for five days.
The identity of victim/witnesses will be protected during the hearing as appropriate.
Due to the exceptional circumstances of the COVID-19 pandemic it is necessary to hold the hearing in private.
An update will be published on the conclusion of the hearing.
Had similar but much worse was made homeless due to lying corrupt police and taking money from friend when they know it never happened also kept on bail for three years.
