PC Ford of Merseyside Police calls victim a ‘fucking idiot’

PC Ford of Merseyside Police, a 999 response officer attended a 999 call to a local business in Southport.  pc-ford-merseysideThe business owner had reported two thugs in his premises threatening him with violence.  On attending, PC Ford of Merseyside Police first met with the thugs, ignoring the shop owner who had made the call.  After a discussion with the thugs, PC Ford spoke with the shop owner.   He told the shop owner that the ‘thugs’ had said they did not threaten him and without even taking a statement or watching the available CCTV of the incident informed the shop owner that no crime was committed and refused to record it.  The distressed shop owner asked PC Ford to leave and closed the door behind him, PC Ford childishly pushed the door open again so the shop owner tried to close it again.  Again PC Ford pushed it open and walked off.  The shop owner slammed it quickly and locked it.  The officer tried to burst in and on realising the door was locked, called the shop owner a ‘fucking idiot’  This was recorded on his body camera.

Evidence Deleted…

A complaint was raised against PC Ford of Merseyside Police, who of course denied everything.  A PC Dixon of Merseyside Professional Standards Department confirmed to the victim that he heard PC Ford calling him a fucking idiot and was investigating.   After a Subject Access request was sent to Merseyside Police for a copy of the Body Worn CCTV, Inspector Susan Ennis of PSD informed the victim by letter that the evidence had been ‘accidentally deleted’, by…. PC Dixon?

A statement from PC Dixon of Merseyside PSD was then provided to the victim saying he did not recall what was said on the CCTV (that he himself deleted).  It was then brought to the attention of Merseyside PSD that the victim had received another statement by PC Dixon stating he did hear PC Ford calling the victim was a ‘fucking idiot’.

Although the two contradictory statements, neither PC Dixon or PC Ford have been held to account for their actions and intentional lies.  The reported crime has still not been recorded by Merseyside Police.

  1. Typical police behaviour unfortunately. One of my neigbours attempted to kill me with an accomplice and armed with knuckle dusters and was subsequently released to continue with his behaviour unchallenged has continued the same behaviour for years on end, openly drug dealing openly making threats to random people, threatening other peoples kids o the street, I have over 30 indcident reports on this guy, while the authorities have implied that I should move, what a joke of a judicial system you have.

  2. I forgot to say that after they left me without telling me what to do, I then had to call Merseyside police to ask.

They contacted PC P Ford and he told them to tell me i was free to go.

I later found out that I should have been warned that if I go and are pulled again, I would have been booked again for two traffic offence reports which would mean the losing of my licence which I believe PC Ford had not given me the correct and official information so that I would drive of and potentially be stopped again and lose my licence.

I am sure that the call was recorded and evidence would be there proving my account is true. I also think that police officers may have had to record the roadside interview and booking also which would again prove my story correct. It was at 14.30 saturday 11/3.17 at Crosby Southport Fin NO.56S2 or Fin NO.5652 as not sure if its a 5 or an S with his dubious hand writing.
    Thanks Stephen
