The issue is, to enforce anything, legal proceedings are generally necessary, and here we have the opportunity to quash an absurd decision made by the IOPC which defends a Lancashire police informant from prosecution.
Please can you give what you can and share the campaign?
We want to raise awareness that there are real processes for challenging such ‘final‘ (and questionable) decisions made by authorities who know all too well that their decisions are unlikely to be challenged due to the high costs. There are platforms to help this funding which should be utilised to ‘fight back’.
