David Jamieson, the West Midlands Police and Crime Commissioner, support of West Midlands Police who intentionally avoided a racially aggravated attack.
In February 2020, Neil Wilkes of Burnt Tree, Tipton, was facing charges for Malicious Communications in Walsall Magistrates Court for sending grossly offensive emails to his victim, calling him a ‘F**king pedo“.
Ironically, Wilkes is alleged to have slept with an underage girl getting her pregnant (in around 2012- 2013). His wife, Marie Wilkes claimed that Neil Wilkes was ‘lured’ into believing she was of legal age! When Wilkes was confronted over the allegation of sex with this underage girl, Wilkes responded by inferring that the underage girl was in fact reprimanded by the police and the courts? It is unclear if Wilkes was questioned by police over this matter or if he himself was reprimanded by the courts for sex with a child?
When Wilkes entered the public waiting area of Walsall Magistrates Court, he spotted the victim of the Malicious Communication charges he was facing and attacked him.
Wilkes was quickly restrained by two security staff of Walsall Magistrates court and while being restrained, called one of them a “F**KING MUSLIM B*STARD“.
The incident was so violent that the security staff had to physically restrain Wilkes and carry him down the court stairs and out of the court building.
The incident was caught on CCTV and reported to West Midland Police.
There was also an audio recording (snippet below) believed to have been made by Darren Hogan, a friend of Wilkes. It is illegal to record within a Court building.
In the audio recording below, you can hear Wilkes saying “Don’t touch me… ” at the start.
The louder voice that follows is of Darren Hogan who (illegally) recorded the incident as it was in Court.
At the very end, you hear Wilkes say “You Fucking…“, the end was ‘snipped, removing the words ‘Fu*king Muslim B*stard“.
A female named Sandie Foster confirmed receiving this clip as well as the full 30-minute version of it from her friend Darren Hogan. Sandie Foster has so far refused to release the full clip, protecting criminals from accountability.
Sandie Foster confirmed that Neil Wilkes could end up in prison for the incident.
Strange that West Midlands police didn’t even bother to interview Wilkes over this.
Sandie Foster confirms the audio recording she has of the racially aggravated incident is 30 minutes in duration.
She also confirms Darren Hogan spoke of arranging to ‘hide’ in the car park of the court to wait for the victim to attend, so he could notify Neil Wilkes to return to the court to attack the victim! Then confirmation that Neil Wilkes conduct will get him arrested possibly imprisoned. This was a pre-planned ambush of the victim and West Midlands police did nothing to help. Spineless PCC David Jamieson also turned a blind eye.
Sandie Foster confirmed that Neil Wilkes called the security staff Fu*king Muslim Ba*tards. This was apparantly in a further call recording of Darren Hogan stating what Neil Wilkes had done.
All in all, there is a huge amount of evidence that West Midlands had, but failed to investigate, including a conspiracy between Darren Hogan, Hugh Abercrombie and Neil Wilkes to attack the victim. The spineless Police and Crime Commissioner, BACKED west Midlands Police failures.
Hugh Abercrombie has a 7-year restraining order and it is believed that Sandie Foster refused to release the audio to protect Hugh Abercrombie.
UPDATE 12/9/20: Sandie Foster has since responded to a request for the full audio. She claims she is refusing to disclose the full recording under a belief this will lead to an arson attack on her home or car.
Sandie Foster later confirmed that the audio (Neil Wilkes) calling the security staff, Fuc*king Muslim Bas*ard was ‘very funny‘.
The offence was recorded by West Midlands Police as a S4 Public Order offence with Violence. It was also racially aggravated.
DS Lewis of West Midlands Police made the absurd decision not to investigate the matter due to the Covid-19 pandemic even though West Midlands police were happy to speak with the victim and the security staff, DS Lewis decided not to interview Wilkes over the matter.
The Police and Crime Commissioner (‘PCC’), David Jamieson, on reviewing the police complaint, BACKED West Midlands Police for failing to investigate this racially aggravated criminal offence.
Even after the Covid-19 lockdown was relaxed, West Midlands police refused to investigate, even though their initial reasoning based on Covid-19 was no longer valid. This was also supported by the spineless PCC.
The entire incident was captured on CCTV but was withheld from the victim.
Mr Wilkes is invited to give his authority to West Midlands Police to release the footage for all to see should he feel he has done nothing wrong.
Wilkes is a confirmed operative of Lancashire police in a task force known as ‘Operation Malaya’ giving rise to suspicions he is receiving some sort of police protection of his offences.
