Notice of a misconduct hearing to be held in public on 7th and 8th June 2021
A misconduct hearing will be held at Eaton Road Police Station, Eaton Road, Liverpool, L13 3HF on Monday 7th June 2021 and is scheduled to last two days.
Former Special Constable 2262 EDWARDS will appear before a Misconduct Hearing for allegedly breaching the Standards of Professional Behaviour, namely Honesty and Integrity, Orders and Instructions, Confidentiality and Discreditable Conduct to the level of gross misconduct.
The officer will face allegations that he accessed confidential information via force systems without a policing purpose for his own curiosity, bringing the police service into disrepute.
This hearing will be subject to strict COVID19 conditions, including Track and Trace, details of which will be provided upon application.
