West Midlands Police involved in criminal using multiple identities

Leave one of your names with my secretary.

Evidence has been provided to West Midlands Professional Standards department showing how police are aware of a convicted criminal using false names for various criminal acts.

The problem is, the evidence, in the form of PNC (Police National Computer) show that West Midlands Police are fully aware of the criminal past of the offender using at least 4 different name, TWO of which carry criminal cautions and ONE carries a criminal conviction.

The criminal acts include, Child abuse, Child Neglect, Domestic violence, Harassment, Communication offences and Breach of court order.

The offender who (will be named in due course), is currently awaiting a Crown Court trial for using yet another false name to breach a restraining order.

It is alleged that the offender is in some way a police asset as the has been a significant reluctance by police to investigate any allegations against him even though evidence has been provided.

The Police officers that have been made aware of this incident are:

Chief Constable David Thompson (david.thompson@west-midlands.pnn.police.uk)
Chief Superintendent Jayne Meir (j.meir@west-midlands.pnn.police.uk) (No stranger to allegations. see here & here)
West Midlands Crime Commissioner (wmpcc@west-midlands.pnn.police.uk)
Force CID Wolverhampton (fcid_wolverhampton@west-midlands.pnn.police.uk)

There has been ZERO response from any police officer or department, including the Crime Commissioner regarding the concrete evidence supplied to them other than a letter RESTRICTING communication with the police.

Why would police restrict communication with a person bringing concrete evidence of police corruption? (a rhetorical question).

PSD (Professional Standards Department) have acknowledged a complaint against the Police force for knowingly failing to declare the fake identities of the offender to CPS and the Magistrates.

It will be interesting to see how this is dealt with by PSD who themselves are the police investigating themselves…

It was only after another police force discovered conclusive evidence linking a false name to the offenders registered address.

ALL EVIDENCE WILL BE POSTED HERE SOON.
